Getting started
How do I find sales near me?+
Open the map and it centers on your area. Tap the location bar at the top to search another town, or switch to the list view for a sorted list with dates and directions.
What do the pin colors mean?+
Green diamonds are sales on today, amber are coming up, and grey have ended. Round pins are shops, farm stands, pop-ups and markets. Where pins bunch together you'll see a count; zoom in to split them.
Do I need an account?+
Not to browse. You'll need a free account to save favorites, build routes or post a sale.
How do I plan a route?+
Tap the + on a sale's card to add it as a stop. Add a few, then tap Navigate to open directions through every stop, or save the route to reuse later.
Posting a sale
How do I post a sale?+
Tap the + in the tab bar. Add your address, dates, hours, categories and up to 5 photos, then publish. Your sale appears on the map right away.
How much does it cost?+
$4.99 per listing, and your first is just $0.99. If you post often, unlimited posting is $9.99/mo.
Can I edit or remove my sale?+
Yes. Open the + tab, where your sales are listed, and choose the sale you want to change.
Billing and plans
How do I cancel my monthly plan?+
In the app, go to Account, then Settings, then Plan and billing. If you subscribed through the App Store, you can also manage it in iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions.
Can I get a refund?+
Purchases made in the app are processed by Apple, so refund requests go through them at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong with a listing, contact us and we'll help.
Account and privacy
I forgot my password.+
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password and enter your email. We'll send a reset link that works for one hour.
How do I change my notifications?+
Go to Account, Settings, then Notifications to turn email alerts for new nearby sales on or off.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Account, Settings, then Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and listings.
Shops and vendors
How do I get my shop or stand listed?+
Fill out the vendor application. Approved vendors get 2 months free, then $9.99/mo.
Where do I update my card?+
Approved vendors get a private billing link by email. Open it to update your card or manage your listing.
